The New Little Black Book

So I finished a new Boudoir album today and I love it! I'm having an 8x8 album made with a black leather cover! Please meet Sable Sin Cyr! She's an awesome burlesque dancer, costume designer, and a great friend! I believe she and I originally met on a road trip up to Massachusetts when I was modeling. Frank from Flip Magazine (and also from the Pinup book, For the Troops, http://www.forthetroopsonline.com/ ) drove us up. I remember sleeping most of the way there because I was overly exhausted from all the traveling I was doing at that time!

My first Blog post!

I figured I would start by explaining a little of who I am just to smooth out the awkwardness -- My name is Serena Star. I am a 21 year old Fashion and Fine art portrait and wedding photographer! I Specialize in fashion and boudoir types of work, but I can shoot pretty much everything! I have a short lived but busy history modeling for several years that helped me along in my field!

I've been wanting to create a blog for some time and didn't really know where to start. There are so many blogging websites out there and I didn't want to have to switch later on! Well I finally decided I was tired of waiting to start!

I hope one day I will be able to stylize my blog, but as most of my friends know -- I spend way to much time in photoshop and not enough time learning other computer stuff anymore!

I'll end off with a fun youtube video that I had posted up on my myspace "blog" that I never used.



I love kids... but this is why I don't specialize in them, hehe!
